A collaboration between the Office of Thai Art and Culture, Student Affairs and the Department of General Education, Theodore Maria School of Arts, Assumption University of Thailand (AU), on August 10-11, 2022,the Happy Mother’s Day‘DIY Bouquet for Mom’ eventwas held at Plaza, CL Building, Suvarnabhumi Campus to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s ninetieth anniversary birthday. The event is dedicated to highlighting DIY jasmine bouquets from tissue paper since “Mali” or “Jasmine” is symbolic of Mother’s Day in Thailand. The DIY activity was successfully engaged more than 200 participants including foreign and Thai students, staff, and lecturers to make jasmine bouquets.
